Anger can be rather depleting
if you fan the flames with too much heating.
Keep the good; toss out and fix the bad; do some weeding.
After that step, switch to healthy seeding.
Sow virtues, mantras, goals, and dreams.
Let positivity burst forth from your seams.
Let the cream rise to the top; avoid negative and hurtful memes.
You can build yourself up, or you can break yourself down.
