I mourn for meatheads. They look so big and tough on the outside, but how truly strong are they on the inside? Sure, there are rare exceptions, but the bulk of them are bulky for a reason. They think a strong exterior will keep them safe and protected from what has previously hurt their interior. I know because I went through a meathead phase when I was younger. There was a time when I cared more about protein than a nutritionally-balanced diet, max weight and not maximum effort. Follow the way, not the whey.
Macho does not improve mucho.

We do not need to bolster more bold bravado. We could all benefit from minimizing the masochistic machismo that memorializes a mainstay among mucho macho men. What if you start lifting mental weights instead? What if you begin building your inner strength? Imagine how the different layers of your balanced and healthy being all exude fortitude.
For we are naturally disposed to admire more than anything else the [person] who shows fortitude in adversity.

Curb any bigorexia by embiggening your heart and brain instead. Feel more to fear less. Free yourself from the shackles of societal standards. These chains will not be broken by your physical muscles, though; this act requires fortitude. Dig deep to rediscover your divine details, rep after rep, set after set. You do not need to fully max out this mystery immediately. It is probably best to start slow and small, building up the brain in balanced and healthy ways that set yourself up for the best success across the longest time. I can certainly assure you that there is no risk of becoming sterile should you study cerebrally.
True masculinity isn’t a surface-level quality… a defining characteristic of anyone is the ability to lead with integrity and live honorably.

Is roid rage ever referred to positively? That should probably be a clear clue as to how healthy or not such a practice is for you. Take my word, or find out the hard way, okay?
Maybe it is wise. Maybe it is dumb. Time will tell.
