Make a difference; avoid diffidence.

When you are confident, you need less validation.

You can proceed without external confirmation.

Trust your gut.

Skip the ruts.

No ifs, ands, or buts.

However, remember to toe the very fine line

between what is benign and what is malign.

You may not always be nice to all whom you cross.

Tough love can be rough but you may need to toss
