Do you believe in yourself? How much doubt do you possess? Confidence is critical in order to dance through life as smoothly and effectively as possible. Like a snowball, we can start small and let our self-confidence accumulate slowly with each action that augments the aggregate. Soon enough, you may need to balance out an avalanche.
Have confidence that if you have done a little thing well, you can do a bigger thing well, too.

Rise to a challenge. Prove your self-worth. If you have strengthened your fortitude, then you can tap into a strong knowing of self that lends itself well towards a healthy level of confidence. Self-awareness enables you to recognize your rational potential. It allows you to stretch to full capacity within your lane. Self-confidence is a worthy trait to cultivate. Stay mindful, though, of how it can be easily corrupted into narcissism if you do not manage it vigilantly. Similarly, lacking an appropriate amount of confidence delivers a defeating and downgrading deluge of dreadful doubt. You are not very helpful to anyone if you feel down and out, so use your clout and your best next step to figure your life out.
Doubt can motivate you, so don’t be afraid of it. Confidence and doubt are at two ends of the scale, and you need both. They balance each other out.
-Barbra Streisand
Life will not always be easy. We all face tests during difficult moments. Some may be simple while others will be complex. We may be able to foresee certain ones on the horizon. Meanwhile, a swift tribulation may sneak up on us without any hesitation. Will you let many of them overwhelm you, or will you confidently captain your ship? Will you steer onward with determination or only cry out in shock, as if facing eternal damnation?
Our lack of confidence is not the result of difficulty. The difficulty comes from our lack of confidence.
-Seneca
Confidence assures you of your skill sets. I like reminding myself that I can slow down and identify at least my best next step. In addition, we each have a choice as to which script we subscribe to and follow along with in our own head, heart, and soul. Do we listen to the negative noise, or do we empower a positive mindset in order to rise up and face the challenges of life in healthy and meaningful ways, benefitting us all? I sugjest considering at least two sides to anything in order to commence contesting confidence.
Maybe it is wise. Maybe it is dumb. Time will tell.
