As you grow your view of the world and accept it compassionately, the rhythm and resonance of your surroundings strengthen to your senses. Or, rather, an increase in your senses improves your perception of identifying and immersing yourself in flow. Vibing. Harmonizing. I like considering that there is not only one way to harmonize. Instead, different and multiple ways to find and strike harmony exist. What works for you?

Man, far from being the overlord of all creation, is himself part of nature, subject to the same cosmic forces that control all other life. Man’s future welfare and probably even his survival depend upon his learning to live in harmony, rather than in combat, with these forces.

-Rachel Carson

The pace can vary. The degrees will fluctuate. When you start finding and feeling the natural harmony surrounding you, next steps may feel easier or look clearer. By living more moments in harmony within your lane and in sync with those around you, you harmonize more. Embrace those immersions in the moments. Feel the happiness fully.

Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance and order and rhythm and harmony.

-Thomas Merton

To harmonize well, the first step is typically to listen. Else, how do you know what sound to build off of? If you do not register what you hear first before making your own noise, then the probable dissonance can be jarring. This skill takes practice. Grow it slowly over time, and appreciate improvements here, too. Exploring harmony is a lifelong journey.

Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.

-Mahatma Gandhi

Talk the talk.

Walk the walk.

Do not balk.

Living a fulfilling, true life involves being in harmony with your habitat. Harmony has a peaceful quiet to it, a gentle stillness that promotes calm and compassion towards all.

All lives in harmony could eventually yield unity.

When there is harmony between the mind, heart, and resolution, then nothing is impossible.

-Rig Veda

How can you grow more harmonious this week?

What flows of the world around you do you see?

Maybe it is wise. Maybe it is dumb. Time will tell.
